"Scott with Arrow is unreliable in returning calls as well as holding to his word. There's either an issue with integrity for him or he may other things going on in his life. 4 times he'd told me he'd come by to pick up my recliners to repair and 4 times he was a no call no show and wouldn't be accessible via phone until the day or days later. This isn't acceptable professionally. Now, the 1 time he did come (initial visit), he was personable and friendly. However, thereafter, getting him to hold to his commitments was a waste of effort. I tried for approximately 1.5 months to use him for my repairs believing that he should be given the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately, I ultimately took my furniture to Becker for repairs as I could not see that I could confidently have my furniture with Arrow and expect to get it back without much effort. Again, I'm not trying to slander the man. He may be struggling. Right now, it's hard enough to get employees that want to work & when you're running a business, there's quite a bit to juggle. It's just a shame that it's impacting customers. This is the result. A bad review and a loss of revenues."

"I am so happy with the service from Arrow Upholstery. Scott brought everything to my house where I could see what went with my other furniture. He was also very easy to work with. I was told it would be four weeks and it was. They came picked up my sofa and returned it all within the the timeline I was given. I highly recommend them if you need to have furniture upholstered."
