Longwood Apartments 710 Eureka Springs Drive, Lexington, KY 40517

"Things were good until we got this new management. I didn't mind paying electric and trash but now I'm also paying sewage and water. I'm on a fixed income and I'm feeling after this lease is up, I will be most certainly moving. These apartments are very old apartments. The plugins are not safe, several times when I plug something in it makes a little spark. Not happy being here anymore. Don't believe what you see, these apartments and the area look nothing like what they are trying to sale. 12/23/2024, things are getting better here. The maintenance crew is one of the best! They are always on time to help. I still love living in this area. I think I'll be here another year."

"If I could put negative stars I would. The office staff were fine while we lived there, but we moved out a May 31, 2022 and today, October 24, 2022 we are STILL waiting for our security deposit back. My phone calls and emails go unanswered, when I went to the Cedarwood office in person (because no one staffs the Longwood office) Bambi told me she was not allowed to cut deposit checks and the person who was was out sick. Harbor Property Management is an unethical business and you should run like the plague is on your heels from any of their properties!"

"I applied and was denied but I half expected it. However, I spoke with Bambi and she was so thorough in giving me the information I was seeking and I absolutely respect the fact how she talked up the apartment she showed me even tho it was seriously outdated for the cost they are asking. I would have loved to of been able to live here tho just because of the office staff!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY PREY ON POOR AND DISABLED PEOPLE! Harbor management runs this place and they are negligent at best. They left my disabled mother in an apartment for a week with no hot water or heat in the middle of winter. When we reached out to them they said she "just had to wait on an electrician" to come out. They also told her she would have to continue to pay rent and unless she wanted to stay with someone else while they waited on the electrician she would have to make due with a space heater. We had lexington code enforcement come out to inspect it and they condemned the apartment this management company was forcing her to pay for. Not only was there no hot water or heat but only one of the electrical outlets was considered safe in the entire apartment. None of the others had proper safety features to prevent fire in case of water leaks. Every encounter we have had with the office manager Nick has been negative and unhelpful."

"Longwood was a great place to live, until the newest management company came in. I have tried calling, texting, emailing, and using the "request information" tab on their website, and nobody has gotten back to me. The apartments themselves are adequate, and for a while, fairly priced for what they are. They just added an extra $200 on my monthly rent, and I can't get in contact with anyone to ask why. I wish the new company hadn't come in. I really used to love living here."
