"First of all, I liked my apartment, and the location. The apartments are old and some are in very bad condition and in need of repairs, but it was a comfortable place. Our fire alarm, which was deafening, went off all hours of the day and night, all the time! I can't tell you how many times I had a half a dozen or more fire fighters running through my apartment looking for fire when there was none. The office didn't believe me that my alarm was going off so frequently. My second problem was my biggest problem while living here, and that was the maintenance man. He was nice at first and very helpful, but over time he became very rude and overbearing. I have videos of him barging in my apartment without my permission at 8 in the morning, demanding that something needed to be fixed. We had a problem with water pressure there one time and he came and fixed it while my husband and I were out. When I came home a few hours later he stopped me in the parking lot and told me that my water had to be turned off because it was leaking everywhere, and that I shouldn't try to use it until further notice. When I got into my apartment I tried my faucets and everything worked fine. I waited and waited a few days to see if he was going to call or say anything else about this alleged problem, but he never called so I guess that means he was just lying that day. My final problem with them was that when our lease was up and we were in the process of moving they posted an eviction notice on our door. I don't understand why considering that the lease had ended. We weren't going to stay an extra month anyway. I would have considered staying there if I hadn't have been harassed nonstop by the maintenance man."
