"I've tried contacting both Winchester and richmond offices about viewing an apartment, they just keep texting me and my bf both saying we need to contact the leasing agent Haley who will not return either of our calls. If thats how they are just trying to view an apartment, I can only imagine how they are when you're renting from them. Will be looking elsewhere."

"By far the worst place I have ever lived. Reason one, The Landlord in "Richmond Ky" NOT Winchester of the W&R rentals. He will say one thing and do another, thats why I started recording everything he said and video recorded everything he did. I even had a time out of him and his two managers Misti and Johnny. Who I hear are no longer working for him. Second, I hear that the Apartments in Winchester is by far the best place to live if you want to rent from W&R. The new subdivision has more quality and of course because they were just built. friends that live in those apartments in Winchester tell us how well it is to live there and how everyone and everything is kept nice and clean, that's all great but the ones in Richmond are falling apart and while they sit in Winchester doing nothing to maintain the ones here, you can't sit and say they're the best until you pay $845 per month for a molded attic, windows leaking and a landlord that has a man fix your pipes in your house that has to call someone else to fix something because he has no idea what he is doing and expect good tenants. Third, I don't understand how someone could give a good review of this place W&R of (Richmond KY). I think someone "The Landlord" doesn't like it when I call them out. So they make fake profiles to write Non-sense about how great they are here. If you stay in Winchester and rent from them. My Warning to you, Is stay in Winchester because you will be under Scott (male) or Logan (female) here and he's nothing like the one's in Winchester. "

"I’ve rented apartments for the past 5 years, W&R has by far been the best people to work with. Always helping if there’s a problem, or smiling and waving as you drive by. I live in the new Winchester apartments, VERY CLEAN, VERY QUIET. I had my dishwasher go out, only had to make one phone call and they replaced it the same day. These apartments are everything you will need at the very best price. Great location for all amentites and right off of the interstate. Finding W&R rentals was a huge blessing for me!!"

"The Richmond Green Apartments are conveniently located right off the bypass and only a few minutes from I-75. It is right down the road from Save-A-Lot and 2 gas stations; and only 5-15 minutes away from any major retailers or restaurants. That is the good, however, the maintenance of these properties are poor to say the least. And for the price for rent, you can find a lot more nicer and more affordable properties to rent from. As you can see from the attached pictures, this is the level of care they have for their properties. These shutters have been off the building for well over a month. Upon moving in to this property we woke up the next morning sneezing, stuffy noses, and watery eyes. So we went and checked the air filter and it was brand new. So I decided to do a little further investigation and go in floor return air space; when this was done we were only disgusted to find that a previous tenet used this space as a dog kennel!! This area had feces, dog food, pet hair, and pornography in there, and to think we were breathing that in. So we took it upon ourselves to clean it with our Shop-vac seeing as we had no time to wait for a maintenance call. The maintenance guy does subpar work when called to do a job, and does not fully repair a simple job the FIRST time. For instance, we had a leaking pipe from our kitchen sink. We texted the property manager and asked if they could come the following day so we could show them which pipe and the problem. We were preparing to leave and low and behold he is at our door about to try to come in. Now it is law that they have to send notice, but that was ridiculous given the issue. So we postponed our leave and showed him the piping, he pushed the pipes together and advised us not to use the storage under the sink and it was fixed. It still leaked and until we got stern, they called a professional to do the job and put the correct piping in. As a word of advice for future tenants, I would advise you document everything that deals with this property and your lease. If you are given a utility allowance, be sure to ask for a paper copy not only to monitor your usage, but to make sure you are being charged the correct amount. Also, make sure that all agreements upon signing the lease is upheld. It's to say the least, our stay at this location was not a pleasant one as the negatives out weigh the positives. And they treat good tenets, which is hard to come by for this area, like they are nothing but a source of income."
