Cove Lake Village Apartments

"I lived here for two years and moved out a few months ago. My experience living here was just okay. The good things- paying rent was easy though the portal, maintenance was always helpful, and I never had any major issues for them to fix. My biggest grievance is that my unit and common area hallway alway smelled like smoke, and as a nonsmoker that was a very uncomfortable way to live. Management out up a little air fresher in the hallway that did absolutely nothing other than provide a nauseatingly overpowering smell of flowers, mixed with cigarette smoke. Also the pet owners do not pick up after their pets so when walking anywhere in the vicinity of the dog park, you have to watch your step carefully. Overall though it was okay, didn’t love it, didn’t hate it. Probably wouldn’t recommend to my friends because I feel that there is better out there, but this is not a bad choice."

"I have been living here for a short while now and I really enjoy it! The application and move in process was efficient and easy. I do miss having a washer/dryer in unit but the laundry facility is well maintained and open at reasonable hours. Happy to call this place home!"

"Cove Lake is a really nice place to call home. The apartments are larger relative to other apartments of the same configuration in town at most places. Everything is in good condition and well-maintained. The maintenance staff is very responsive whenever there’s something that you need. And the management, particularly Cindy, the Property Manager, is outstanding, and always attentive to any concerns or needs that you have. I highly recommend Cove Lake Village to anyone looking for a new apartment."

"This is our first place together on our own & we love it here. Living here has been a great experience, the apartment is cozy & homely, going for strolls around the property is very calming & peaceful, it's beautiful all year round & is kept up nice by staff, neighbors are kind, it's fairly quiet which is nice as well. Maintance has been reliable & helpful any time needed, staff at the office is also always very helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns."

"The Staff is awesome here!!! First of all guy's. I lived here before and sometimes walk into the Office just to say hello to the staff, that actually know my name, that took care of me and my family.
