"This place is terrible. All of the furniture in the apartments are terrible and a lot of them are broken. Towed my car that I had in guest parking for an hour after going to the grocery store. No parking anywhere. The hallways always smell bad. This place sucks. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. The top patio is never open; I’ve been here since August and it has never been open that I’ve known of. The only nice thing about this place is having the coffee shop below it. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. I’m already moving out."
"We just moved our daughter in and did the Elevate move in experience. It was absolutely amazing! The movers and all the staff were so friendly and the process made it completely stress-free for us! I feel very safe having her living at the Hub. A special shout-out to Jenna and Marissa. They were absolutely exceptional, answering any questions I had and making us all feel welcome. If only I could go back to college and live at the Hub! ;-)"
"I currenly live here and love it for the most part. At times it can be noisy and the hallways and elevators can be kind of dirty, but you can’t beat the amenities and the closeness to campus. The apartments come fully furnished and are much more spacious than any UK dorm."
"Don’t bother living here. Looks nice at first, pool, gym, sauna, tanning booth, study room. The sauna and tanning booth are always closed for “maintenance” or something of the like. I lived here for 2 years and residents were able to use it for maybe 3 months of that time. The pool is either being cleaned, closed, or green if it’s not overcrowded with people who don’t live there. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, yes everything, your neighbors to the left, right, above and below you are doing. Parking is horrible, even if you get a spot that isn’t close to the maintenance workers who make your car smell like smoke, there are people who block your car in or park too close. There are always people who don’t live here inside so they are loud and disturbing. The hallways and carpets are dirty and usually smell of vomit. The one stairwell had vomit in it for over a month before it got cleaned. Now onto moving out. The leasing office will do everything they can to try to charge you for miscellaneous things so you pay a ridiculous amount (hundreds and thousands) even if you leave the apartment exactly how you moved into it. Just don’t bother."
