"Horrible experience. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere unless you feel you want terrible service. Our sales person, Kevin Landrum, has been impossible to work with stating he has never received our signed off quotes that he has provided us and then excusing himself telling us he confused us with another customer and that he did receive our signed quote. However, he said the pricing might go up since he didn't find our signed quote and since it has been over 30 days and that he will call me back with the updated pricing. I told him if the price goes up than we are taking our business elsewhere. He later called me back and said the price won't go up but that he now needs us to pay in full since the amount is under $5000. We than sent a check and paid in full and the check was cashed on July 13th 2023 by Furniture Marketing Group. I've periodically texted him for status updates with no answers but he finally answered me after the 3rd text sent over a month a half. The other texts were ignored. On his last text on September 2nd 2023 he replied stating they never received payment!! He then went on to say he has still never received the signed quote that he sent back on June 29 2023!!!! I went ahead and replied today stating the check was received and cashed back on July 13th. I still haven't heard back from him and when I called it went to voicemail. People this is the purchase for 3 Hayworth office chairs!! If we are not able to simply order 3 office chairs than think about any larger orders. I would not trust Wittings with your business but if you do please know that you are possibly in for a very frustrating experience. I will tell you that we have asked for our money back and will just order the chairs from Hayworth's website directly which will save us roughly $500 for the total order."

"This company is horrid the management is terrible at managing they could not care less for their employees or their safety. Or their salary. They treat them like they’re expandable, the installers are great people and work to get their jobs done. Management and everything about this company is terrible I’d give them no stars if possible"
