"1 star- ONLY because I had to rate it something. I cannot stress enough how bad this place is to live. I had the worst experience with maintenance and the property manager. Nothing in my unit got fixed and they said it had. My heat went out and maintenance never even came, yet the property manager emailed me and said the problem was resolved (it was not). There were other issues in my unit that were NEVER resolved after several times of complaining and maintenance requests. The amount of knowledge the workers have is unbelievable and how they were hired I have no idea. Next let's talk about how the property manager speaks to tenants. VERY unprofessional, and disrespectful. I have never in my life been brushed off like I don't matter by a landlord or property management. All in All I DO NOT recommend anyone move onto this property. I am glad I got out when I did!"

"This apartment complex was the worst place to live. They never fixed things on time nor did they fix everything you complained about. They literally took part of my deposit for carpet cleaning when the carpet was practically brand new. Poor management who only cares about money. I do not recommend living there."

"This is my first apartment and I am very happy with my choice. The management and staff here are very polite and friendly. Whenever I have an issue they are always quick to get it resolved. I personally enjoy seeing the kids playing in the play area and owners playing with their dogs and yet the environment is still so quiet and peaceful. Since living here, I have never encountered bed bugs which I was concerned about after reading other apartment reviews. I believe every where you go though, you will encounter neighbors that aren't the easiest to get along with but with our incredible management and staff always working to get things under control and in order it makes living here a breeze. I highly recommend! :)"

"I lived here for 2 years, I am 25 with a cat and boy friend who lived there with me. Over all, these apartments are okay. Nothing special but has a good price range. I am giving them a bad review because of management. I was charged 80% of the new carpet installation. 80% is $832.00 so they took off $300 for my deposit. When I already paid a total of $500, 300 for a deposit and 200 for a cat deposit, (they were a cat friendly community at the time). When I tried to talk to the manager about the cat fee being included in the price that I "OWE" them she said "It was non refundable and it not part of my deposit." So since they are not a cat friendly community it would seem they would replace that carpet no matter what but instead I was told they do not usually replace carpet when someone has only lived on property 2 years. THE POINT IS, I had a cat now they are not cat friendly so regardless of what it looked like it would probably need replaced. I will never return and would not recommend it to any of my friends. In the end I HAVE TO PAY THIS ASSOCIATION OVER $1000 in total deposit and charges when the only thing wrong was the carpet and a cat. No one renting an apartment has that much money sitting around. I feel this is ridiculous."

"My boyfriend and our kids have lived here for about six months now. We love it. The area is quiet, our neighbors are respectful and nice. The maintenance men are great and willing to do their job, they fixed our refrigerator that day in an hour and a half. We tried to give them a tip but they refused. Rent is affordable! Location is great."
