"Just moved here, so far love this place. I’ll update in the coming months. Tim is awesome and the neighbors seem really nice. A lot of young families here with their kids and pets. Very friendly so far. Tim put new carpet in before I moved and maintenance hasn’t been a problem. A cabinet needed a screw tightened and the fan wobbles on high but little things are not a big deal, as I am a handyman lol. I guess the only problem Iv had in the last 2 weeks is no one picks up their dog poop."

"I will never live in an apartment again after living in this one. Our AC broke about 3 times, our appliances are very old and crusty, one of our closets have mice, so we can’t store any of our food in there and when we notified the front office, they told us they would notify pest control and it’s been 2 weeks already… We went without AC for 5 days.. I am just over it. If I could break our lease, I would. This place is disgusting."

"Positive: Great location just off Tate’s creek road. Easy access to new circle.. staff has always helped as much as they can. Cons: As living goes, I highly do not recommend. I pay way too much for what I’m living in. I’m in a 1bd, and somehow pay 100$ more than what a 2 bed pays.. makes zero sense. The walls I’m convinced are made of straight paper as I can hear conversations above me.. you can only imagine hearing the footsteps/dogs running in the apartment above you. It’s MISERABLE. Many nights of sleep I’ve missed due to inconsiderate neighbors, and when I’ve complained, nothing has happened. Fire trucks and police are here constantly. Overall an awful experience living here as I had high hopes. I pay 200$+ too much for this place, and the structure is awful. Very old buildings that need to honestly be takin down and rebuilt with better structure. Will never recommend to someone who works at 7 am for a living.. good luck getting sleep."

"I lived here during the pandemic. The staff was friendly and helpful in person, the location is perfect for anyone who wants access to Nicholasville Rd, Tates Creek, or Richmond Rd, and the landscaping is relatively well maintained. However, the staff is not timely in the least. Maintenance was often a week or so behind (most likely not their fault) meaning any fixes would be slow to come. The apartment itself was built slightly askew, meaning doors and windows were not parallel with the flooring. Very few of the electrical outlets could accept any of my devices, be it the paint that coated them or poor fixtures, causing the plugs to constantly pop out. Fixtures in the bathroom were falling, the insulation was poor, and the exterior was falling into disrepair. To cap my experiences, after moving out I made multiple attempt to contact office staff about receiving my security deposit back to no avail, only to then receive a letter from a debt collector months later saying I owed upwards of $400 for an issue that was never discussed with me and no proof has been given still. Live here for the convenient location, but I unfortunately cannot recommend it otherwise."
