"This property needs zero stars. Misleading and pushing people to pay a 295 fee that doesn’t make sense. PLEASE Be careful when making the decision to sign a lease with these people. Everyone is not lying with the negative reviews they have. The apartments are not good at all and nothing is fixed for the high prices we have to pay. PLEASE go with someone else"

"i’d give 0 stars if i could. people paying $1100 for a $500 apartment is crazy. not having hot water consistently is crazy. if this was the last place available in Lexington, i still wouldn’t recommend."

"DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! The leasing agent says they have a 295 move in fee and CAN NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THE 295 is really covering just talking in circles. They have the ratings they got because they just want to take your money and put you in a non ready roach infested apartment. I repeat if you’re willing to throwing away money then this is the place for you."

"I will never recommend these apartments to anyone. The reviews speak for themselves, I lived here for two years. Constant issues, not having gas for weeks, leaking water in my hall way having to keep pans in the floor because of this, constantly having issues with the hot water, over a month with no working dishwasher. This On site laundry is a joke, 90% of the time only had one washer working. Management constantly changing, tenants hearing about the management sleeping with maintenance people very unprofessional. The non refundable deposit is a scam they don’t fully explain nor give the correct paperwork to inform you what it actually is. For 1500 for a townhouse that is not truly updated you can find way better!"

"UPDATE: I am editing my previous review to reflect the efforts of Rand (and especially our property management/leasing and maintenance staff) to improve some issues we have been dealing with here as residents. While the problems have been frustrating at times, I cannot stress enough how well the staff now communicate with residents about updates, and how hard they have been working on finding resolutions. No property is perfect, but when you have a good group of people in charge, things can improve and you can see a light at the end of the tunnel. They were also really amazing recently with an appliance issue we had and the problem was resolved quickly with the best possible solution."
