"I moved in a few days ago, and I adore my renovated unit, and the whole complex! It couldn’t have been done without Jessica, the apartment manager, who worked tirelessly to make sure my unit was ready for me to move into. She made sure all my preferences were met, and communicated perfectly throughout the process of my move in. I’m very grateful for her and the work she did (and continues to do!). It’s evident she cares about her residents and the community. Edit on 3/2024: this has turned into a disappointing rental experience. The renovations have caused more problems than solutions (causing water to leak from my kitchen light and it taking more than a week to get repaired, the sealing in the bathtub coming apart, etc). Not only this, but you can occasionally hear gunshots often down the road. Finally, my car got towed this morning even though I have a sticker for the lot and now I’m out $200. The complex also threatened to tow my motorcycle even though it was agreed that I could keep it on the property. This has been great motivation for me to look at buying a house."

"The new Propert Management that took over in August of 2022 is terrible. I had a leak in my closet next to door for two weeks last Christmas and maintenance did nothing. In fact, the maintenance man said he wasn't fixing leaks, they were busy trying to get apts renovated. Also, I advice to take before and after pictures because I am being charged for cleaning things that were already cleaned. Also, they didn't account for my full security deposit, only half."
