"we have lived here a little over a year and although we have seen quite a bit of management change this has been the best management yet. the maintenance (Josh and Escalri) crew has really worked hard making up for lost time. we have had quite a few issues with our dishwasher and happily received a new one in a timely manner. we have enjoyed living here and the proximity it is to everything else in Lexington"
"Probably the worst apartment complex I’ve lived at. They charge fees on top of fees (3 fees for trash alone). Now parking is added to it even though it’s suppose to be free. I wasn’t home for the past three weeks but somehow still got charged double for water and sewer. The gates stay open 24/7 even though it is suppose to be a “gated community” & police incidents happen almost every night when I arrive home. I had a lady to try to get into my vehicle when I was parking in front of my building. Forced to pay for cable even though you don’t use it (even tho I was given the impression I didn’t have to pay for it if I didn’t use it when I toured). The walls and floors/ ceiling are paper thin and can hear everything your neighbors are doing/ saying. I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests for my dishwasher and they mark it as complete even though it still isn’t working. When I moved in, I was told that the guy was going to order me a new one and it still has yet to be here (back in June/ July). It feels more like a dorm than a home because of all the fees they try to charge you with for every little thing. I don’t recommend this complex to anyone. It’s way overpriced for what you get. I’m more excited to move out than I was to move in. I stay at my boyfriend’s apartment more than I do here because I dislike it so much."
"I just moved in a few days ago. I’ve had a lot of questions leading up to the move-in day, and they’ve answered every single one with a smile. It’s been snowing heavily the last few days and even with this weather, they came to fix the dishwasher AND the patio door blinds. Everyone in the leasing office is kind and genuine, especially Blake. Maintenance is just as friendly and awesome."
"There are always two sides to a story, and sometimes the ones delivering the information can be kind and caring. But sadly, actions speak louder than words and despite the nice staff at the front who I am sure are only doing their job, their actions on the work orders we had for our apartment were barely acknowledged in the entire year of our lease. After a few months of our lease, things began showing up in our apartment from a broken sink that leaked under the cabinet (this was ongoing for at least 6 months) and only a few weeks before I moved out did they send someone over to check it out. And after waiting for ONE MINUTE at watching the sink run, they say (nah, there's no leaks) and they left. It wasn't until I sent them proof that it needs to be running for a while to start leaking that they re-addressed the problem. Again, they addressed this nearly HALF A YEAR after we put it in. Other problems like this came up like this and most of them were never addressed. There was ONE fix to a stove then went well, done the same day only because it was a safety hazard, and the dryer was 'temporarily' fixed but never truly, taking us nearly 3-4 drying cycles to finish a load. Once again, everyone at the front is super sweet and nice. I can't blame the front office people. But when you are living in an apartment with a pot under the sink, mice eating food from your pantry and a faucet that doesn't work right (ignoring many of the other problems), its hard to leave a good review as you are the one experiencing the problems being ignored. I would never live there again for the way they treated our problems and I hope, if you read this, you take caution and consider if its really worth it to move into a place where they won't fix your problems until the last moment before you move. Seems sketchy to me."
