"terrible service, they are cheap, not reliable, cusses at customer ( called my mom a bit*h) they make us bring the furniture down from the work truck because only 1 dude came to bring a pair of couches. The chairs we bought broke after 2 days and he wouldn’t fix it because he’s a cheap person."

"I wanted to take a moment to review my experience with Majestic Furniture. I gave them a low rating due to the poor service and communication after the sale. I purchased several items of furniture late October 2023 and was promised delivery of all furniture by the 2 week of November. It wasn’t until after Christmas when I finally received all furniture that I purchased. An entry table was delivered broken on two occasions. The second table was left at my home with the promise an undamaged table would be delivered promptly to replace it. It took weeks of phone calls begging for the table. I finally had to load the broken table up and take it back to the store and demand a refund before the issue was resolved. Javier is untrustworthy and is not truthful and is not honest with customers. The furniture I purchased was of good quality but the lack of integrity and honesty when it came to delivery promises will prevent me from ever purchasing from them again. Hope this review helps if you plan on purchasing and expecting a prompt on time delivery of your furniture. In response to the reply. I was loaned a dining room set because they sent the wrong table. I paid for delivery and the whole 9 yards. Deceptive business practices and the lies are being replied to in order to cover up incompetence. This furniture company is a sham and does not keep delivery promises after the sale…PERIOD! If you want to discuss it further give me a call Javier you know how to reach me."

"I am editing my review because I had given this place a five star from a previous purchase I had made. This time I would love to give them a zero star due to a second purchase I made which was I a full size bed and mattress. The attendant that helped me made some recommendations and I had specifically mentioned that I didn't want any gaps between headboard and mattress. Mind you that I don't see measurements because I am not looking at their computer screen and I am trusting what's recommended. The bed and mattress along with the baseboard was delivered to my house a week before Thanksgiving. To my surprise, the mattress was too low to the ground and it had a six inch gap and pillows would fall over, so I called the store and the owner said they would deliver a bigger box spring to see if that would solve the problem. The box spring was never delivered and I had to leave on vacation for two weeks. Upon my return, I went to the store on Dec 8th to see what was going on with the box spring. The guy admitted that his son had sold me the wrong size mattress and had to get a higher matress, but it would cost me an additional $325.00 which I had to pay because I didn't want this thin mattress. The owner made empty promises because he kept saying it would get delivered soon and that soon would never come. I made multiple trips to the store to check because the guy would never return calls. If he would only communicated with me and be honest, I would be ok and would understand the delay of the delivery, but he would never bothered to call and never kept us informed or provide updates. He refused to give me a refund and also tried to take almost half of the additional amount I had paid if I would cancel the order. Mind you that it was their mistake for selling me the wrong size mattress and not mine. Never again will I purchase from this store!!"

"I wanted to take this time to boost this businesses reviews after having an amazing, customer centric experience when working with the owner, Javier and the delivery driver Gilbert. I live in California I wanted to purchase something special for my parents in San Antonio, TX for Christmas. It was a special order item, and after calling a few stores last minute to see if I could get it delivered before the holidays, Javier assured me it would arrive within a few days and it did. Well, I planned to have a friend pick the item up from their distribution center to deliver to my parents, but Javier surprised me with a complementary delivery since they had other deliveries in the area. Gilbert called me when he was en route to their home, and my Mom was over the moon happy with her new LED crystal mirror and the thoughtful, professional service that Gilbert provided. "Absolutely satisfied with the treatment and patience from the employees at majestic furniture. I have been looking for specific seating and a round kitchen table. I knew what I wanted in my mind, but didn’t have a picture and didn’t know how to describe it. Javier listened and found exactly what I was looking for! From beginning to end I was extremely happy. The Delivery guys were also a pleasure. They placed the furniture where they were asked and also offered to assemble the furniture!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!"
