"Pros: Office Personnel are Professional and Friendly. Maintenance Staff (Greg) is Professional, Knowledgeable and works hard as to the many Work Orders on File. Complex located near shopping. The grounds look clean and neat. Cons: Not enough trained Maintenance people, have I seen, to handle all of the Work Orders this big of a complex might generate. Upgrades needed for Kitchen, bathrooms, windows…floors/walls not sound proof enough. Winter Cold (snow & Frost)and Summer Heat air comes through all windows. All need insulation! Some people don’t pick up after their dogs. (Ongoing issue as long as I’ve been living here.) Complex is older…inside upgrades not done, yet rent keeps rising. Parking for visitors is ongoing issue."
