"I ordered something online and returned it in store here. I wasn’t told that I wouldn’t receive a refund for shipping costs, I realized after leaving the store and it wasn’t credited back to me. I called twice and spoke with the woman who processed my return and she told me that because nothing was wrong with it I wouldn’t get my money back for shipping. However there was a flaw and I tried to explain that to a manager and she was very unhelpful, and told me she was standing right there when I said nothing was wrong with it. I didn’t realize this was going to cost me 90$ in shipping fees.. had I known I would have just kept it! It was a small flaw but nonetheless it contributed to me wanting to take it back. Very unhappy"
