"Salesperson, stop talking. All I wanted to do is look around the store. It was my first time there and I’d heard so much about it. Didn’t even make it halfway through. The salesperson wouldn’t stop talking and let me look, unmolested. He just kept going on and on about what is plainly his favorite subject, himself. I didn’t need to hear his life story and I wasn’t looking for a new friend. He just would not be quiet and let me look. I left after not even seeing half the store and I’ll never go back."

"I bought a slipcovered sectional sofa here several years ago. The salesperson assured me the fabric I selected was OK-- not too heavy/thick. However: after only 3 washes, many of the seams have now failed/shredded. The slipcover is in tatters and cannot be repaired. My first call to Stowers went unanswered. On the second call, I was told they would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. No callback. My third call was met with a dismissive "what do you expect us to do" attitude. I asked if they would at least contact the manufacturer and see if it would be possible to replace the slipcover. Never heard back. Very disappointing - I won't return."

"Just because you can't afford to shop here, doesn't mean you should rate this store poorly. It's like having the budget for a used Honda Civic, going to the Maserati dealership, and then complaining that everything is too expensive. The experience we had was great. Kelly, our sales associate, showed us a couple of options (that didn't work) and then let us run loose. She was available whenever we needed help again. This store is HUGE, with tons to offer. Yes, this store is VERY pricy, but when I say there is a lot to look at, I mean it, and it could be worth it to look around on your own. My S/O and I were shocked to find something in our budget. I joked with him that we probably found the cheapest couch they carried (which was still around $1800 with taxes). It's stylish and exceptional quality. If you're not willing to spend around $2k at minimum, you're welcome to go to Mega Furniture and buy a $600 couch that will fall apart within a year or two."

"Went into the store and was greeted rudely by Mary Lott. Very unprofessional and quickly to express that she has been doing this for 16 years. Save your money and purchase elsewhere. I ended up going to Mega Furniture in Live Oak and was very very happy. The sales associates and manager are very professional and caring. Not to mention the office staff were very helpful"

"Loved everything about this store...the staff, the selection, the ability to customize. It can be a little overwhelming at first with all the options, but Don (Lehr) was a lifesaver. If you want quality pieces and great selection, shop here. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want."
