"I purchased a brand new bed frame that was delivered seems as though it was used before I got, the color looks worn out and the tail Had a chip.this was a horrible experience, hopefully the redelivery is better. Or else I need my money back."

"Shopping for a rocker/recliner on Saturday, February 17th. Stopped at another furniture store, no one greeted us or acted like they wanted to sell us anything. Walked into Bob Mills and was greeted immediately by Cameron. Walked us over where rocker/recliners were and allowed me to set in every chair until I found the one that was perfect. Trevor the manager assisted with other questions. While waiting for the sale to be completed, every sales person that walked by greeted us, provided water and made sure we were being taken care of. The experience at Bob Mills was awesome. If we need any other furniture it will be Bob Mills first not second. The chair was delivered today and is great. John and his helper(can’t think of his name) brought it in and set it in the family room. Quick service, Saturday to Wednesday. Thank you to all the employees"

"In June 2023 I became a first and last time customer of Bob Mills. I purchased a brand new Sofa Set, Ottoman, And their extended warranty. In September, the Ottoman began to show significant wear. We all have full-time jobs in my children are in school, so we are not home using this piece of furniture every day all day. I placed my claim to Bob Mills in September and the only response from their customer service is that it is a manufacturer delay. It has been four months and my Automan is still faulty. Perhaps this is Bob Mills utilizes the warranty to their advantage. I’m very disappointed. I’ve heard great things about Bob Mills. But I have learned my lesson, and I will return to star furniture for anything additional that I may need."
