"I have stayed at this same location for an annual event for years and years. Past have been pleased but was not so this year. Upon entry to room there was a slight odor? Carpet had deep stains as well as wall had dirty spots. Room 101. Rest was acceptable and knowing this was a big weekend we didn’t complain and just accepted that one not so good was alright due to so many previous great experiences here. However got up Saturday morning to find windows busted out of truck. Tried to get info for video surveillance but any and all questions had to be referred to the gm. I was assured they had been contacted immediately and would be contacting me. No show, no call, nothing. Checked on police report and they have nothing from gm either. At the desk found another customer had their vehicle completely stolen and they also had zero concern or contact from hotel management. I would have to assume at this point that they don’t even have surveillance or don’t want to make it available for some reason?????? Marriott has always been my go to but this experience has not been what I have been accustomed to through the years."

"Front desk customer service was great, all staff we encountered was very friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Great location. However, the hotel needs some major updating & standard maintenance. I know Fairfields aren't supposed to be a super fancy hotel or anything, but it was not up to normal Marriott standards in my opinion. The lobby area seemed to be a bit updated, but the rooms need a major update. In our room, there were cracks in the bathroom sink, there was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. One of the towels was dirty, so we just put it on the floor, the rest of the towels were fine. The body wash bottle had obviously fell off the wall where it was attached by the shampoo & condition, it was just laying on the grab bar in the shower. Not a huge deal, but you'd think they'd make an effort to reattach it before the next guest stayed in that room. The AC was cold, but very noisy, a lot noisier than hotel AC's are usually are. There were some dirty spots on the walls in the hall by the bathroom. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, had to go to the front desk to get one. Again, not a huge deal, but I haven't stayed in a hotel in years that hadn't had a hair dryer in the room. Beds & pillows were comfortable in my opinion. All in all not a bad stay, but they need to make some effort in some standard maintenance, remodeling & housekeeping."

"Absolutely not the standard Fairfield Inn facility. The property is way below the mark of upper to midscale brand. In fact I have never stayed at Fairfield Inn in this condition. Budget motel for sure."

"Love, love, love staying at Marriott properties . The staff at this hotel was top notch! The front desk man with the dreads was super nice. The breakfast lady was so sweet and the food was delicious that she cooked. We will only stay at Marriott properties. The service and cleanliness is the best. THANKS for another wonderful stay."
