Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel

"The rooms are gross and the staff are not friendly. The rooms need updating and the parking situation is sketchy at best. Marriott should require better standards under the bonvoy brand. I’ve stayed at better holiday inn in nowhere, TX. As an ambassador and loyal brand member I’ll never come back."

"False advertisement! They show the hotel as beautiful and complete. You arrive to a construction zone and looks nothing like the pictures. The room was nice and clean and the staff very friendly but they can't make up for the fact that the pool isn't open, the food is served in a lobby half bar setting. And the pictures are not the same place just what it will look like when it's done. And once you check in and realize everything is different they will not give your money back."

"I stayed at this hotel during an anime convention, due to it's close proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center. The location is fantastic; you're right across the street from the Water Gardens, and a very short walk away from the Convention Center. The room was large and clean. The beds and pillows were decently comfortable. The service was excellent; the gentleman who checked me in, Frank, treated me as if I was a celebrity guest. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. However, the construction going on in and around this hotel was frustrating to deal with. Before 7:00 on a Saturday morning, there was extremely loud construction happening across the street where my room was facing. I understand the hotel can't do anything about that, but a heads up about that would have been appreciated. The walls are thin, so you can hear anything happening in the hallways. BE AWARE THAT PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED AT THIS HOTEL. When I arrived, the parking garage was full, and the back parking lot was almost completely full; I was lucky to find a spot! Not only is parking not guaranteed, but they don't even verify license plates to ensure that only guests are parking in the garage or back lot. As a paying customer, I don't like the fact that any random person could park for free at the hotel I am staying at and take a spot away from me."
