"We ordered carpet through the Shaw Carpet home installation service. What a disaster! We asked the installer to save the carpet in one room for another use. They said fine but then destroyed it during removal. The installer didn’t measure one area correctly and needed 3 sections of new carpet instead of just 2 sections. The installer didn’t install the pad correctly on any of the door thresholds requiring a subsequent repair. We had a repair appointment scheduled for 9-11am, then 11–1pm, then a third appointment all on the same day. So we’re waiting and waiting and waiting. We will not use this service again. We hope this information is helpful."

"I just love the employees here. The self check-out staff are super friendly and helpful. One woman even reciprocated my daughters ask of a hug- and she would have been well within her right to refuse- which helped keep my daughter calm enough for me to get out without incident"

"Cody working the front door is very rude and dismissive. Not the best representation for Costco when the person working your front door treats people this way. I didn’t give you a reason to act that way Cody. Try to be a bit more respectful next time especially when the person your speaking too only came to provide treats for the staff. I was being kind to you and in return you dismissed me and kept coming at me in that condescending tone of yours. When I told you that you were being rude. Your response to this was to antagonize me and ask me over and over to explain why I felt you were rude. You work in customer service I don’t have to answer to you. Just fix your attitude and apologize. But instead you continued to act the same way until I requested to speak with upper management. Do better. Your job is too easy to be acting that way."

"I needed new hearing aids and I had been hearing about Costco and how happy other people had been so I gave it a shot. Life changing. Patsy was my hearing aid specialist and set me up after testing with a new pair that was 1/2 the price of my old ones and 3 times as good. The best part is I can hear my phone calls easily now where I used to struggle to understand what people were saying. Always glad to visit Patsy today while she cleaned them and replaced accessories and everything is still working perfectly after almost 2 years. Wow."

"We are a big fan of Costco stores! This is one of the best locations we have been to, and it is always stocked with food and essentials. Clean and organized! Friendly staff. A person who was cleaning the restroom OMG, she was scrubbing the toilet like a million dollars Lamborghini! Imagine now, if the toilets are sparkling, that means everything else is way beyond! Feel safe about grabbing a slice of pizza, rotisserie chicken, or their delicious freshly packed salads! Great store! Fruits are always fresh and delicious! Seafood and meat are fresh.
