"Staff nice room had bed bugs and tried to offer me and my family another room. Would never recommend staying at this location. On top of that hotel charged us then claimed they were doing a refund, but not without holding another fee on top of the deposit."

"I don't know where all the bad reviews came from .This is a NICE motel clean, people friendly close to restaurants.We travel a lot and stay in a lot of motels and this is one of the nicest we've stayed at I would recommend it to anyone."

"Rooms are fairly nice, but are lacking in some minor upkeep. My room in particular had some paint chipping by the door, but that is something looked more like it was due to age rather than any kind of intentional neglect. The rooms also allow for even minor things like a phone vibrating on the night stand in the next room to be heard fairly clearly. I seriously thought it was my phone for a minute. The staff was mostly friendly, and was able to accommodate most requests. For this stay I requested that I get a late check out, and that was granted with out question. However at 10:48 housekeeping made an attempt to enter the room with out any announcement. I even yelled at them that we were a late check out room, but that did not stop them from opening the door. Thankfully I had put the internal door lock over the door, and they were not able to come it. I chose to abandon the late checkout, and was packed and out the door by 11:10. I stopped check the room key to see if it was still functional. It was, and that means the front desk did seem to have my room set for a late check out. I just can not figure out why housekeeping thought it was a good idea to try and enter an occupied room more than an hour before it's scheduled checkout time. I did mention this to the front desk when I turned my key in, and I was met with what felt like indifference."

"While the establishment's staff remained courteous and friendly throughout my stay, and the location offered both affordability and proximity to a variety of dining options, I must express my disappointment with the state of the linens in my room. The towels and sheets displayed noticeable stains, necessitating thorough cleaning or potential replacement. However, I plan and staying at this establishment for future trips and would recommend others to stay here as well."

"Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We only stayed one night. We arrived after 11pm and left the next morning prior to 11 am. We parked on the back side in front of the door that takes you to the elevator where there was a security camera overlooking the vehicle. The parking lot was full so we parked in the best place we could. We noticed it was loud outside from the sports bar and also the twin peaks restaurant. Well I guess it is a hot spot for not so good people because the next morning I noticed someone attempted to gain entry into my vehicle with a screwdriver and failed. (See picture) The only thing they took was my ability to unlock my vehicle manually with the key. Nothing was touched inside the vehicle nor was anything touched in the bed of the truck. They were just wanting to ramble through the vehicle in hopes of easy money. So beware of this establishment as security is not their main concern. All in all it is a decent hotel, just don't leave anything in your vehicle that you wouldn't want to lose. The hotel staff could help prevent this by showing presence in the parking lot randomly throughout the night. But experience says they believe security cameras and signs saying they are not responsible for your vehicles is enough."
