Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth at Alliance Town Center 3001 Amador Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76177

"Came in on Friday march 1st paid for our room. Never got house keeping 1 time our entire 2night 3 day stay. Had to use dirty blankets, towels, washcloths. Was embarrassed by staff memeber on Saturday morning , March 2nd, accused of not paying upon checking in how my card was declined. Never declined upon check in mind you, it posted at checkin. Ostracized by this staff member in front of other guests and staff employees. Spoke to manager who said he would take care of our room, have housekeeping come ect. Never came (housekeeping) manager Never came back to speak with my husband and I. After 4th attempt for housekeeping we got a complimentary breakfast coupon for all this. Won't be back to this location maybe not even this hotel chain. Not handicapped friendly either. Not accessible for anyone handicap , not accessibility for showering for handicap individuals either. Fernando in the Cafe and the gentleman working this Sunday morning with him two of the most excellent kindest employees. Others nice but you can sense they hate their job. Especially the two young ladies yesterday at bistro working in the morning time. Thank you for an unpleasant anniversary weekend with my husband. Between water leak in our hallway, no housekeeping, rude staff, not handicap accessibility it just was not the ideal experience we wanted. We are very disheartened by our experience."

"For the past four years we have held a client event at the Courtyard by Marriott at Alliance in north Fort Worth. I schedule this event through Jillian and she is always friendly and helpful! Our ballroom is always set up to our specifications. The staff is friendly and attentive. We have a 5 star experience every year! If you are looking for a place to hold your event or to book a room, I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott at Alliance!! They are a class act!!"

"Positives: pleasant lobby, good location, bed was fairly comfortable, good price. Negatives: Wood structure with little sound insulation - the floor above me creaked even though the occupant up there did not have a heavy step. Also the AC off/on was noisy King bed blankets too small - there was only a few inches of overhang on each side, so cold drafted in when a partner moves. No microwave in room The gym was roomy but it had no provisions for pulling motions. Paid breakfast instead of free (folks on expense account may count that as a positive) The door closing mechanism was WAY too heavy, and I'm a fairly strong person. The shower glass lets too much water splash around the bathroom"

"Our family had the pleasure of hosting Thanksgiving at the Courtyard Marriott Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth, and we couldn't be more grateful for the amazing experience. We rented the banquet room several months in advance through Jillian, and she was professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. On the day of the event, the staff was attentive, helpful, and made sure that everything was set up the way we envisioned. The rooms were clean and the grounds were beautiful. "Pretty average hotel. The rooms are like most older Courtyards. No microwave in the rooms, TVs are small and the parking does get packed during an event or over the weekend. Stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel wifi is horribly slow and the hotel breakfast hours need to be extended. TV in my room was working properly but it would be a big improvement if it was bigger. Dislike the walking shower with it being open. But, one positive is the close proximity to shopping, entertainment and restaurants."
