"The rooms here were great. I had a late flight on the day of check out and called down to the front desk the night before asking for a late check out. I was told I could get 2pm! That was amazing and I was very appreciative. The next morning, I got a phone call from the front desk asking if I was checking out that day. I said yes, and mentioned the conversation I had with the front desk the night before. The staff member informed me he had no notes regarding my late checkout, and there would be an incurred fee. Staff was clearly not on the same page… they also charge for parking, which is a bit odd this far from the city. That was not made aware until my card on file for incidentals was charged a couple days later. Negative experience, thus, I would not stay again."

"Rooms were clean and parking is only $5 but my entire bldg smelled like weed. This does not reflect on the staff but more so the clientele. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of coffee. The pool is not heated and the pillows are not great. We could not get our bathroom door to close. It was quiet and a convenient location right next to SaltGrass steak house. This hotel also allows dogs..big dogs so the hallways smell like wet dog."

"This is a very nice Hotel. Our King Suite was very big and roomy. Has a kitchenette, complete with dishes & regular size refrigerator. Bathroom is a tad small. The dressing area with sink and mirror needs a brighter light to do make up. Beds are comfy. Pillows are small and soft. Has a very nice Breakfast. The night clerk was super friendly"

"Great staff, but lots of garbage in the hallways. It could be down to the guests on my floor just putting way too much out and the cleaning crew not bring able to keep up. The breakfast and happy hour food is good, good coffee."
