"Overall, it was okay. Not good views from window, not much parking, good location to get you anywhere in fortworth within 10-15 minutes. Sundance plaza is 3 min away and it's beautiful."
"After advertising free on site parking, they overbooked and then proceeded to tell everyone to park in the handicap accessible parking without a pass. So when I asked where I should park, they told me to park down the street because they had given away the accessible parking spaces to those that didn’t need it. Then the front desk yelled at me when I said they really weren’t supposed to do that and said it’s what they always do. Will not stay at a place that cares so little about the accessibility needs of their guests again! Beware if you need to park here or have accessibility needs."
"The hotel has free parking and breakfast. The parking can be full or limited late at night. Breakfast is decent for free hotel breakfast. Sometimes we opt to go elsewhere. The rooms are comfortable and usually clean. We’ve stayed here several times. I will say that on our last stay, it was starting to show some wear and tear, but it wasn’t bad at all. I hope that it will be cared for, so it continues to be a good option for an overnight stay after a late night music gig. It’s usually much less expensive than the hotels in the Stockyards or directly in downtown/Sundance Square. It isn’t close enough to walk anywhere, but it’s close enough for a reasonable Uber to the places that have limited or expensive parking or you don’t feel like dealing with city traffic. The location feels safe, but I don’t any factual statistics on it."
"I would give it zero star, they have cockroaches, the floor carpets are nasty and smelly. They will give you a room with train noises and can't control the temperature. They told me that they shampooed the carpet and sprayed for cockroaches without doing it. Their housekeepers make noises all day long and didn't even clean the bathroom floor sometimes. They said they change all the sheets including blankets once a week but I am not sure how they put uncleaned blanket. I feel itchy on the bed. Update: (They keep the same blanket from previous guests unless you watch how they do the cleaning and ask immediately. That's unacceptable. ) This hotel ruined the Marriott brand, and it shouldn't be a 3 stars hotel. They need deep cleaning the whole hotel and give the service guests deserve."
"It's a nice place. It's sort of poorly laid out. Each floor is either you are really close to the elevator or you have a hike to get to the elevator My room was comfortable. Water pressure was on the weak side. The dishwasher in my room didn't work and the front of the AC cabinet fell off, our first night, and nearly landed on one of my cats. There is a icemaker in the fridge but I don't think it was hooked up. Breakfast is decent but lacks variety from day to day. Every day is scrambled eggs, milk, bacon, souflet, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, and cold cereal. Once in a while they served the blandest sausage patties. The staff were nice and helpful for us"
