"I have loved Ethan Allen since I was a child shopping with my parents. They have maintained their quality while other companies have gone to cheaper products but same prices. My interior designer Terri was a dream and really brought our thoughts and ideas into reality. The missing star is only because it took so long for our drapes to be delivered. I am sure it was a production issue and perhaps that is a statewide problem, but it was a bit frustrating. We will still go back when the time comes and have a Terri help with some other rooms!"

"They make some good furniture but they over charge on shipping. They charged me to $299 to deliver 3 rolls a wallpaper. That was unacceptable. You would think when you spend $3500 on wallpaper and $27,000 on furniture they wouldn’t charge you a measly $299 to deliver 3 rolls of wallpaper. They gave me a lame excuse why it’s so much. Their shipping policy sucks and need to look into it. Why are they even charging for shipping when you spend that much money. Amazon gives free shipping on everything. They need to take care of their customers. Why when you buy high end furniture they have to gouge you for every little thing. Ethan Allen has lost a customer because of $299 delivery fee unless they change their policy. The CEO needs to help the customers that spend that much money. That is Unacceptable. Come on Ethan Allen!! Call Jeff Bazos and learn how to make customers happy and still make money. I have to give them a bad review just because I need to warn people. But I guess if you’re rich and not worried about price, it doesn’t affect you and don’t care if you get overcharged but for people that have to work hard for their money and times are tough right now it hurts. My wife loves their furniture but if it was up to me I wouldn’t buy the overpriced furniture."

"After months of searching for the perfect kitchen stools we were very pleased to find a huge selection on display at the Frisco Ethan Allen. Kimberly was patient and provided great feedback as we selected our upholstery fabric from their huge display. The chairs arrived when promised and Jorge and Horatio were very communicative, professional and prompt when they carefully delivered the stools today. We could not be more pleased with the quality of our furniture as well as our shopping and delivery experiences."

"Love this store, I was up in Frisco and I had been looking forever to find something that would finish off my living room. I had signed up for Ethan Allen emails and saw a piece that size was looked perfect. The next step was to get the right fabrics on the piece. One of the reasons that I love Ethan Allen is the large selection of fabrics they have. I work with an independent designer and even though they have their own designers on staff that are great, I had been working with this one firm that is know my taste and what I currently have. They welcomed her in and stayed with us in their design center to offer any help that they could. Took several months but my piece finally arrived and it is perfect."
