"If you have work and come home late at night this is not an apartment for you, there is no parking available at night because the condominium managers do not check for the Cars that do not have parking permits."

"I lived here for 5 years. The apartments are nice and in a nice area, but the management is horrible! No one answers the phone in the office when you call. They provided us with a email address incase of emergencies, she never replies back to the emails. They never fix anything around here. I've put in several maintenance requests and no one ever shows up to fix it. They only come on there time. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE especially if your not Hispanic or Latino because you will never get in. It's a total waste of time. The neighbors are rude and obnoxious. My neighbors have flatted my tires several times and I reported it to the office and she want do anything or say anything about it. They have spit on my car scratched my car and still nothing has been done. And the rent keeps going up every month and it's not worth what we're paying... move in at your own risk.."

"I lived here for almost 2 years, apartments are very spacious and you can’t beat the price, but Management is horrible; no one answers the phone in the office when you call They provide you with an emergency phone # to report if you have a maintenance emergency, which is useless because you can call and report your emergency many times and no one will do anything about it The maintenance man is very rude and not professional at all he’s always upset and seems to have an attitude. Prior to me leaving I paid a professional carpet cleaner and deep cleaned the entire apartment left it better than I had received it and never got my deposit back I honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone They also have an ongoing issue with parking, if you happen to go out and get home past 9pm you won’t find a parking spot"

"I have lived here for five years. The apartment is nice and I haven’t had really any maintenance problems. Except one issue that has started, the tenants above smoke and I do not know how but their smoke comes down through the vent in my bathroom. I have asthma and I notified management immediately. NO response, no checking it out, nothing whatsoever. Like I said nice apartment and recently started fixing the landscaping and making the grounds look nice. But… They do absolutely nothing when it comes to harassment by your neighbors. The police can do little to nothing, so you’re pretty much on your own. This is not just the usual stuff that you can expect with neighbors, this is feces on your doorstep, being threatened, loud music, just deliberately harassing you. Then there’s parking, 12 unit buildings, allowed two cars. Issues: more than two cars, broken down vehicles, taking up more than one spot. My building..12 units, 2 cars each and only 9 parking spots. Complain/bring to their attention: waste of your time. Put notices on doors but do nothing about the notices, it’s just to say they did/cover their butts. Want to talk to somebody, good luck with that. Have someone in the office, some days, hours : supposedly 8:30am to 3:00pm, in other words after you leave for work and before you get off. So you have to take a day off if you want to speak to office person and that’s a whole other subject. Never do they ever answer the phone, you can leave a message. Just last year they got an email, but again pretty much a waste of your time. So as I’ve said the apartment is nice, good size. But there is a “huge” issue with management not addressing any type of issues with other tenants. And in the last 2 1/2 years it is really gone down hill with the tenant clientele. I’ve watched drug deals go down in the parking lot. Other tenants trash the place, kids noisy basketball stone against walls bouncing pants don’t do anything management doesn’t do anything. I’ve went from enjoying my home to being stressed and affecting my health, I am looking into moving out."

"They lied to us when we applied and they never let us continue with our application after being accepted? You can't trust what they say. Yes the Apartments look decent but with the way they run things it ruins the affect and it is not worth it! Do Not Go Here if you actually want honesty! Try the apartments off six mile or Fountain square if you want honesty and your moneys worth."
