"Moldy Bathroom Units! My baby has been sick twice and when called about the issues, administration gave the run around for over a month. Rent at your own risk!"
"Honestly, I would not refer this property to my worst enemy. This is single handedly the worst property I've ever resided. Everything is outdated. The entire property is poorly built. You have to use window unit air conditioners, In addition to the so called central air. The floors squeak horribly. With every step I take, I'm sure my neighbors cringe. The walls are paper thin. You can hear all of your neighbors conversations without even trying. They continue to raise the rent a significant amount. But yet we don't have access to all of the amenities. The swimming pool is never open. With the same lame excuse of not having a life guard. They never trim the bushes. So your car will definitely get scratches. The dumpster areas are always filthy. Which attracts possum, and other scavengers. I had to roach bomb my apartment before I moved in. As I found several live roaches, and eggs. The maintenance crew never tends to anything in a timely fashion. And the property managers are even worse. The water pressure is horrible. I believe it's safe to say, Country Acres is definitely a horrible place to live. Remove this place from your list of choices."
"I don't know why my name is Justin on here but I am destiny Jackson. Mother of three boys 7, 5 and two. My mother and her husband live here in country acers, I have been homeless due to not being able to afford child care and transportation. On top of meds, groceries ext as I get no govermental assistance. The office lady come asked why we're there, I told her I was homeless and just needed time to recoupe. Obviously as mommas youngest I enjoyed staying with my mother. I have been here one year now, in September I had set my goal to reached to move on our own. But now I have 15 days to move my kids and I off their premises. No complaints, no ill behavior from myself or my kids. My children have slept on a floor for a year now. Graduating to a car. thanks acers"
"I currently live here this place is HORRIBLE. the inside like the 1980s and they charge too much a lot of stuff is BROKEN. they claim you can’t have pets. But yet you see big dogs everywhere and they don’t do nothing about it. there’s no maintenance they’re fired everyone so if something is broke you pretty much got to fix it yourself . And the dude that was suppose to fix the ac didn’t lock the door back & my ps5 was right there someone could’ve stole it I’m so happy I’m moving the end of next month."
"The management are good and maintenance is responsive. However, the buildings and appliances are old, you can hear everything from the upstairs neighbors, and there are bugs and spiders EVERYWHERE. The pool has random and unpredictable hours, and the neighbors come and go often. The average tenant age is quite old and there is very little to no neighborly or community feel. The location is walking distance to a good Mexican restaurant and a vegetable market, but that's about it. Turning left out of the complex can be a nightmare during rush hour, or when the church across the street is dismissing. I have also had my car vandalized twice and apartment broken into once while living here."
