Willow Green Apartments

"I thought even though there were many bad reviews, & since I like to base my own opinion on things, I would give it a try anyway. Well I should have listened to the reviews & even more my gut instinct. I was scheduled a tour, but when I got there the office staff looked confused & ended up giving me a key, paper map & told to follow the directions. Well I did, & the 1st apartment I looked at was fully loaded with about 20 appliance boxes with appliances still in the boxes. There were holes were the vents should be & paint supplies in the bedrooms, also. Not presentation ready at all. I was told that I had to leave my liscense by the male staff member, which was odd, but I couldn't view the apartments without leaving my ID, since no one escorts you to look at the apartments, you are on your own, If you have any questions you have to wait to get back to the office. Well, when I got back the male employee couldn't be found & I needed my ID. The ladies in the office were looking puzzled & trying to go through drawers trying to locate my ID. I was getting frustrated because I had other things to do that day. I was gone approximately 10-15 minutes to look at 2 different apartments & It was another 10 minutes of them looking. Now going on approximately 25 minutes, finally they decided to call for the male employee & he was finally located in the bathroom !!! Yes, bathroom ! This man had possession of my ID for approximately 25 minutes & had it in the bathroom with him !!! He was supposed to have put my ID in a drawer & leave it there until I returned. Now mind you, he totally passed by the office to get to the bathroom, which was far away from the office location & down a hallway. He finally came out & he gave me my liscense. I literally had to sanitize them because, ummmm, ewww. So end of the story is I had picked an apartment, was told to hurry & get my application done, which I did, was approved, given confirmation, & given a move in date as well. I didn't hear anything else, & when you call them they never answer their phones at all. I went back by again to verify everything & the male employee was no longer employed there, so they looked at my application & I was told that they didn't have my apartment, as told to me. I had to start looking all over again for an apartment. I then requested a refund because I was lied to & was told that I couldn't get my deposit back. They all sit at their desk eating & ignoring you while you stand there, until you say excuse me. Be warned if you want to lose your money then feel free to contact them & just give it to them. They will take your deposit & not contact you for anything, you have to always go by there if you need answers. I do have all my receipts to back all of this up. Think before you go there. Read all the reviews & think wisely before you accept anything from here."

"They don’t have parking space. We that are in the town home highly get parking space. They’re putting more building down and don’t care about the problem we’re facing. No play ground for kids; the only thing they have is pool and basketball court. The opening the pool when every they want to. You paying all the money and your kids are not free to play; when they go on the basketball court they tell them to leave because they been loud. They treat people like trash. If anyone is interested in moving in this complex be prepared for all their horrible and rude behavior."

"I actually really enjoy Willow Green and appreciate the office staff going above and beyond when they can! I'm very confused by most of these reviews as it is a very large property and the phones are ringing off the hook whenever I walk into the office. Maintenance and staff are always very friendly and probably just tired of being harassed about the pool. Security also makes me feel very safe!"

"I lived at Willow Green for 3 years. I could NEVER get in touch with the office faculty. It would take days to get in touch or get a call back for anything. My deposit was kept because of some carpet that was not damaged. The pool was closed for most of a 2 year period. The first year, I was content with the service I recipe, but soon after the apartments began to go down hill."

"This place would be perfect for you if you love coming home from vacation with two strangers sleeping in your bed, rats running around a newly built unit, management giving you attitude over everything, residents will speed all throughout the property and then when you honk at them for almost hitting your car they’ll get out to cuss at you threatening to harm you, being able to hear your neighbors breathe! If this is the kind of environment then go ahead and send in your application! That’s if they decide to pick up the phone or open up their office doors "
