"if i could rate this place a ZERO i would . they are absolutely TRIFLING here . i been here since 2022 december and when i first moved here i had to wait 1 1/2 to even get my apartment. they never brung me a A/C unit so in the summer time they had me and my 1yr old staying in there hot as hell. My apartment got roaches OUT OF NOWHERE cause i do not play about my place being clean and it had a weird smell every time i came home and now that im reading the reviews its most definitely was a mold smell . They never pay the people to come get the trash so it just piles up onto the street . i have a 1yr old and 1 month old so when I come home to park in front of MY apartment I can’t because it’s never any parking spots. My apartment heat went out and it’s literally 17 degrees outside and the management isn’t ever here for me to even reach out regarding this matter . The price of rent changes every single month they charging you extra for some ridiculous shi. This is my first apartment and I wish I never EVER would’ve moved here ."
"Horrible maintenance and the management crew is impossible to get ahold of until rent time. Multiple management companies within the past 2 years. My disabled neighbor hasn't had hot water for 4 months. The apartment on top of me was once roach and maggot infested. The rent utilities are charged by what they feel like charging. They don't have assigned parking and tenants have 4 and 5 cars per unit. They will tow your car if they are in the mood. Very bad slum lords. All this info I have documented. This place is ran worse than the housing projects"
"So this place was a disaster upon me starting work there. Trash outside of the empty dumpsters. As far as the apartments are concerned they bandaid the whole property. As far as everyone's water bill it doesn't matter if you have 1 or 7 people in you apartment they still charge the same 100 for water even if you don't use much water they feed you the lie well we go by a percentage based off how many people are in your unit by usage for your building without any individual meters. Stealing money from people. As far as any maintenance we are told to just make it look pretty and move on. Several apartments have mold just painted over especially in the bathroom. The owners don't care for the tenants. Only the money I can show several photos of this property and the reason Lipps lanes buildings keep having back up its cause the owners refuse to clean out the sewage drain out front filled with poop and trash don'twanna spend 17k for tenants health. Go ahead and waste your money. Heck two full buildings have foundation damage and should be condemned and no one living in them that's 7 apartments they collect rent from and won't transfer anyone. Now let's talk about ait if you don't have your own air units then you are screwed they don't fix anything some have been without air for 4 or 5 months. The owner refuses to spend money. They owe many vendors 47k or more each. Now we move to a roach problem with is in every apartment idc what they say there's a issue and they need to just level the comex cause they will never get rid of them. Take the words of the office with a grain of salt. The leasing agent making promises that will never be filled. Do waste your time with this place rent is 1100 or more every month even they say it's 955 it also cost 37 to pay rent online that's a joke. There are homeless sleeping on property everyday. There's no security no weight room its been locked up the past year. This post is made over my 1st amendment rights to freedom of speech. I will be sharing all 12000 photos of everything wrong with this property with the housing authorities. If you wash clothes in the only washroom they provide even though they have 2 its not safe roaches are in the washers. Also there are not enough spaces for parking at Lipps lanes and Huntington lane they have more apartments than parking spots so people have to park illegally to have the apartments tow them b4 they wake up. They won't give a tow sticker just call a truck they have done this to 15 cars so far. When your car gets broken into do not expect them to give you footage they lie and say they don't have any. The owner Vicki has full access to them. Stay away from these apartments."
"Hello I need to contact management I have paid the rent from July through y money order dropped it in the mail box in the office I have received a letter from you’ll charging 12000 for late payment and violating when since the next day after I did the deposit I have been coming and calling different times leaving voice message and no response from you’ll this is the worst place to live on top of that the freaking AC is not working and when I came to sign the f. lease I was told it was central AC and now I’m burning in there. Charging for even the pest control I have never seen ridiculous charges in my entire time I have been renting in other places charging for water and other things what’s next am I going to be charge even for the air I breath in here"
