When I call with an issue the next day and it’s addressed and later on that day I am receiving a call from management to check in on me. The office and maintenance staff have been nothing but short of extraordinary. Thank you for giving me and my family a nice, quiet and peaceful place to call home. You guys are rock stars ❤️"

"Lived here for 3 years and hated it. You don’t get control of the heating or air conditioning. It’s breaks down a lot too so they have to repair it about every 6 months. Maintenance is awful. My refrigerator went out and called maintenance for a month and they never came. Finally had to tel them we weren’t paying rent until they repaired it. Came and fixed it that day. Our car was broken into 4 times within the first month. Then 3 over the remaining years. They have a apartment watch now to help matters. The washers and dryers are old and unreliable. They also leave a residue on clothes. I had people take my clothes out mid cycle and put theirs in like in college. Also they have one washer and dryer per building so some people come from different buildings to use your washer so they actually take up all the washers in the entire complex. The maintenance man has parties at the “park” all the time leaving liquor and beer bottles behind. I’ve seen opened bottles of tequila sitting on the benches at night. While there is a grill you will never be allowed to use it because him and his family are always using it. The maintenance man was awful. He used our towels to clean up messes and if he broke anything of ours while he was fixing something he would throw it away and not tell us. My husband had a razor on the bathroom counter and when we came home from work the razor head was missing. Called and found out he knocked it over and just threw it away. He used my mixing bowl to mix chemical epoxy. Why doesn’t he have his own items to do this with? Had a water leak over the electrical socket in the bathroom and he said he would be there on Monday. We called on Saturday, that seems lik it should have been a emergency. The rent goes up each year and there is nothing to show for it. No amenities, no improvements. Just greed."

"I was living there for two years, and this place has a very good streets, and parking lots. But, you never find a parking space for your car after 7 pm, the conditions in the 2nd floor apartments are very bad, filtrations on roofs, the air conditioner is bad, at 12 you can be sweating with the air working full. The stairs on the stairs 102, always has bad odors. All the furniture is old inside the apartments. The air conditioner ducts has a brown filtration. The park is a mess. And the price of this apartments is too high."
