"They are "income restricted" not "income based". Big difference. Rent for a two bedroom (without a voucher) is 1100 a month, regardless of income. I asked them what's the point of being income restricted if you have to pay the full rent no matter what and she stated "it's because we guarantee rent that's lower than the standard rent in this area." As someone who lives in Okolona this is inaccurate, you can find 2 bedroom apartments for under 1k a month, with no income limits. Apartment buildings like this just feel like a scam and the whole business model makes no sense. I make more than what their income restriction is and could not afford their rent."

"Some of you need to stop commenting if you don’t even live here like not every where is ganna be a perfect place no matter what if you want to live in a silent living set move to a house because it’s obvious your ganna be hearing something from the other neighbor and if you don’t like it prepare your self for it and buy ear plugs or what ever you need to maintain your own peace and about the people that say that place is too dirty maybe if everyone would cooperate and made sure trash wasn't thrown everywhere this would be a prettier place so people don’t pay attention to those comments don't pay attention to what the other online reviews have to say and come see the staff in the office cause they will work with you all the way through!!! "Section 8…should be enough said but wait there’s more. Kids running through the breezeway at all hours of the night. Parents not paying attention to their kids. I have had 3 kids walk into my apartment because their parents weren’t watching them. Called security and nothing has been done. Trash everywhere, vandalism of the dumpster. Security doesn’t do their job when called. This is the worst apartment my family has ever lived at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this apartment to anyone. Constant smell of weed, families of 6 or more in 1 apartment. Lived in other apartments in my life and have not seen anywhere close to the amount of roaches in our apartment that comes from other apartments. I am working on getting out of here and like I said earlier I DO NOT RECOMMEND this complex despite what others say. I’d love to speak to the owners of this complex but I do not think they exist."
