Trifecta Apartments

"I wish I could give zero stars. Communication with trifecta is absolutely terrible and the people at the front desk are the definition of unfriendly and unhelpful. When I was moving in in August, I was driving across the country and they changed my assigned apartment three times in a two week window and when I reached out about concerns and a bedroom change I received no communication until I arrived where I was informed by a desk assistant, not a manager of any kind, that I had to deal with my assignment or not move in. Good luck with maintenance issues, we’ve had multiple maintenance requests for our heater because somehow our electric bill is over $200 a month but people down the hall are paying $1 over their $75 electric allowance. And once again received no assistance from management or the front desk. Finally, they towed my rental car after I obtained a guest parking pass for it because it somehow slipped off the dash and instead was face up and legible on the passenger seat."

"Youre better off living in a box under the bridge. This place got roaches and the staff rude. All the 5 star reviews are fake. They pay people/give prizes to those that give good reviews"

"I recently just moved out. I had good and bad experiences. Good only because it was close to campus and my job. However it is way over priced, single bedroom apartments are way tiny for the asking price. you can hear your next door neighbors whole life. You need to take out your trash? Pile it with the rest of the months worth from all the tenants. Unsafe and unsanitary. Half of every month you may not be able to get into your section of the complex or even the complex gates in general due to tech issues or no available workers. Fire alarms will go off randomly, always ems, fire dept and police there at night due to issues. Multiple mornings I have went to work and encountered homeless in the stair wells of the building and parking garage. The “security” will only report and get cars towed, even yours. I have been offered drugs in the parking lot, & often there are used needles & syringes in the garage. And on top, you will be charged very sketchy fees. It is in a very unsafe part of town. Just avoid in general, and if you aren’t sure.. read the other reviews."

"I toured Trifecta at the last minute. For student housing, i didn’t have high hopes but this place gave me a great first apartment experience. Trifecta has a TON of community events that make you feel at home, and the residents are super friendly. The dog park is a little muddy, but I think the pups prefer it that way! I’ve met a ton of people through events, and the leasing office does an awesome job with communication and making sure you’re taken care of. I wish there were more elevators, but that’s no one’s fault. For my first apartment, Trifecta blew it out of the water! photos of my pup enjoying the dog park below (her insta is @bunny_dobe) ;)"

"I love living here. They offer so much to their residents; food, game nights, etc.. & maintenance is always there when you need them. It does have its downsides, like the towing company & only being able to get guest passes at certain hours but for the price, you really can’t beat it. I love how utilities are included in the rent."
