"Two of the three beds had squeaky frames, the fire detector had a low battery and kept chirping. So I went to call the front desk and what do you know, the room phone didn't work. I had the one king and two queen suite. Not worth the price. Fairly disappointed. But there is not hold on card transactions, so there is that."

"The company I work for rented a room here for my wife and I. From Thursday night to Monday morning. First we had to explain to the front desk three times the reservation was tell Monday. Second the TV wouldn’t work. We moved rooms after they told us a tech would be out and never showed. The second room the door would not lock when was gone. They said a tech would be out right away, we never saw them. Then the fridge froze solid everything we had in there. We told the front desk and he couldn’t resolve that issue either. We did turn it down and it didn’t help. We also went to the front desk and asked for more Kleenex and the girl that was there acted like she couldn’t understand what we was saying. We also tried to use the washer dryer, the dryer you had to give the front desk 2 dollars and have them start it. We handed her a five and she tried to tell us she didn’t have change. My wife said well give me the five back and we will go get it, suddenly she had change. Place was a joke and a rip off. With all the issues we didn’t even get an apology or offered a discount!!!"

"Do not stay here. Especially do not reserve the family suite. Wish I had seen some of these bad reviews because they are correct. Ignore the owners responding. My room had animal feces under the bed and was overall pretty dirty. Including dead and live bugs. Told staff. They tried to act like they were doing me a favor to put my family in a SMALLER room. Tried to ask if we could do two rooms and just let me pay for 1 to compensate me. Nope. They also said I wasn't supposed to reserve this room, like...that isn't my damn problem. Then made it seem like reserving online was a problem....even though most do it online? Then they said using a third party site is a problem....WHICH I DID NOT DO. So we tried to be nice and let them clean the room. You know, give them opportunity to make it right? I specifically showed the lady the issues including the animal feces. We left for an hour to eat. Came back....barely anything done to it and the poop itself was still there! I was very polite to them throughout this whole process and trying to be flexible. Turns out I was too nice and they just didn't care to deal with me. Also...note they do not lock the outside doors. So anyone off the streets can walk into the hotel without anyone noticing. How is that for safe? I reported this to them and they didn't care. They act like this place is recently undergoing repairs, but reviews will show that has happening MONTHS ago! I politely asked to be compensated for the room and they didn't want to do that. Would only give me a $27 off!"

"Room was dark. Lighting is horrible. Spiders in the window and restroom. Ants on the night stand. Had to ask how to use TV. They use painters tape between hardwood and carpet. Towels looked very used (one even had a stain on it). Bed was super soft (which some people make like). Just overall felt dirty."
