"Trash overflowing in dumpsters for months now. Seeing rats and possums roaming around because of this. Interior where entry doors are including walls and carpets are filthy. Property looks trashy. Safety issues with people who don't live here happening often. We need cameras or security."
"1915 Rockford Line, is a nice and comfortable apartment building that is worth renting. There is a lot of peace in the neighborhood and everything is kept very clean. You don't pay for garbage, heat or water. The managed Marlene Wallace is very concerned and kind with the tenants. I can guarantee it, I lived there for more than three years."
