"Decent to live in. Struggling with the fact that getting a hold of the office was super hard. No one is there at 9am when they are supposed to be open and calling is not even worth it. I had a walk through scheduled at 9 and she still hasn't showed up after 39 minutes. Super unprofessional."

"Not a resident here but visit my mother often . I really wish someone at this complex that works here would fix peoples doors. The fact that neither your balcony/patio or main entry door latches all the way causes people to literally slame their doors so hard that the entire apartment building shakes. It’s so frustrating whether it be during the morning, afternoon, evening or night. The doors are set up to where the only way you can quietly close it when leaving your home is if you pull and hold then lock the door. Again, because the door will not latch to the lock. The only way to shut it without having to pull it and hold it while pulling AND THEN lock it with your key is to slake it as hard as you can. Which I think some people just go so overboard with the slamming. Literally rattles your entire apartment. My mother has had paintings and other household items fall from her walls and shelves because of this"
