Bradford Pointe Apartments

"Horrible these people stop answering after I moved out gave notice took pictures and did a walk through and left my new address and they just stopped answering and returning emails. This was an ALTRIDE property but the owners took it over during the pandemic and it’s HORRIBLE mices kept coming through my floor upstairs and roaches was out of control was told I had to be on a LIST which only held a certain number of people to get my house sprayed by the bug people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY HAVE WENT COMPLETELY DOWN HILL my next step is call the BBB"

"Polite and respectful staff very attentive... I ask them to square slice my pizza and I noticed it was taking a little longer to get my food and it was carryout but I sit there and when he called my name I walked up to the counter he said I know you have been waiting on your order but it accidentally got sliced wrong so we remaid it and the extra one is there too sry for the wait... Awesome crew double thumbs up..."

"Absolutely hate it!!! Bradford pointe now has new owners, they are very disrespectful towards residents! My air don't work, no dry wall around my shower where they replaced my tub, black mold on the ceiling, stove tops are broke, cabinets falling apart and they wont fix anything!!! Plus they raised everyone's rent from 600 to 800, definitely not worth it !!"
