"I was a resident at this location for just a year due to the lack of property maintenance and residential regulation. The breezeways and parking lots were severely under cared for. At this time, I’ve been out of this unit for over a month and have left numerous emails & voicemails with management and the leasing agents to receive confirmation that they received my keys and to get insight on when I should except my security deposit back. I have yet to hear back from anyone at the property and I am STILL receiving emails to schedule a “move out inspection” when I moved out over a month ago. I find this to be extremely unprofessional as legally within 30 days residents should receive notification or literature regarding security deposits. I left that apartment in great condition. I’d advise to look elsewhere because it takes a good management team to ensure a good living community."
