"DO NOT RENT HERE!! The property manager is horrible! Had a lot of a/c problems and I had to basically argue with her to call someone. Her answer would always be, I’m not calling anyone, turn an extra fan on, open windows, that didn’t have screens, and deal with it! She loves to talk to other tenants about other tenants! They move people in without cleaning, painting, etc. My bedroom flooded at least 3 times and she had someone in there in a week. Out of the blue, she taped a letter to my door informing me my rent was going up $300 a month. The owner of this place does nothing about it.He will not return a phone call, texts, or voicemail. He just allows her to run everyone away! If someone stays 12 months, they are gone their 12th month. The owner also owns Murphy Homes! I wouldn’t trust him or give him a penny knowing he knows how HIS renters are being treated, and does nothing about it! Also, I gave my notice to move, moved on the 14th, paid a full months rent, she rented it to someone else a week later, collected their prorated amount. She never sent me a refund for the days they double dipped on rent. If not resolved very soon, I’m taking them to court! So I’m just letting you know the type of people you’ll have to deal with if you rent from this place! You will REGRET ever moving in here!"

"The property manager is a bully. She is in a power trip and will make you so uncomfortable to even go home. I literally had to break my lease because she was my NEIGHBOR and harassed me and my guests. Entering my home without notice, coming to my door at 8pm WITHOUT notice. Just a couple examples of the torment I endured the 1 month I lived there! She is a NIGHTMARE and had me in tears on multiple occasions. Also God forbid you even get the name or information of the owner. She says “He doesn’t want tenants to bother him” someone needs to talk to this woman and teach her how to treat people!!"
