The BLVD at Hays Luxury Apartments

"I had high hopes moving here. Got a unit I really like. The staff has been really nice and easy to work with, but I live below an absolute floor stomping monster. They smash their heal into the floor when they walk, and I can hear it clearly in every corner of my unit without any escape. This goes on through all waking hours of the day. Previous neighbor, i couldn't hear at all. What an unfortunate letdown of a move. Luck of the draw I guess."

"We just moved in and despite there being minor issues (typical when you move into a new place!) Kaitlyn in the office has been extremely helpful and responsive. Maintenance is communicating well on when they can complete work orders. We love our apartment, highly recommend living here!"

"This place is easily the worst place I have ever lived, every single time we try to pay rent there is always an issue with the website, and when it takes a while to get it fixed they try to charge us late fees for something we have 0 control over. This month has been the worst of it, we tried doing a split payment of our rent and we found out that we can only pay it in full and they would be issuing a refund, and then the absolute joke of a land lord Karol decides to issue an eviction notice on August 7 when we didn't even get the refund until August 15. Also don't even try putting in a maintenance request, our dishwasher has not been draining and we have been waiting over a week for a fix, better off Youtubing it. All in all this place sucks and will try to milk you for every penny you have."

"Renters Beware!!! Was advised multiple times that carpet was covered as natural wear/tear since we lived here 4 years. We paid the pet deposit and rent. Move out inspection was signed by both parties stating excellent condition (except a corroded light fixture out of our control). The unit was immaculately clean, so we were promised and signed the inspection report to receive a full refund of our deposit. That should have been the end of it. They later amended the report, after we signed (is that even legal??), and then kept almost the entire deposit because carpet is NOT actually considered natural wear/tear as was stated by multiple people in the office in the numerous conversations I had with them prior to move-out. This is the only property I've ever rented in my entire life where I did not receive a full deposit back. The property is nice but the rent is extremely high. Avoid!!!!"
