"I couldn't be happier with the whole experience of living here! The Office staff are always friendly and helpful and I can't say enough about the maintenance staff! I recently put in a request online and CJ got to my apartment within 15 minutes! That's crazy great service! Annette followed up the next day to make sure everything was done and I was satisfied. The grounds are well cared for and I don't have to do a thing but enjoy them. I was apprehensive about living in an apartment after all these years of house ownership and have been pleasantly surprised and so happy I made the decision to move here!"

"When I was relocating to Lexington, I toured quite a few potential rental properties and Resort at Lake Crossing checked all the items on my list. I love that a washer and dryer is included in the rent (most places I toured charged extra to rent ones from them or you have to buy your own), open layout with walk in closets, and pet friendly. I really like the location with close access to everything but still with a neighborhood feel. My neighbors are friendly and take pride in the complex. As a single female, I feel safe living here, walking my dog, etc. I have been in a 1 bedroom for a few months and have resigned a long-term lease for a 2 bedroom with the patient help of Annette in the office. She walked me through my options, worked around my schedule for move-in dates, and made the whole process fun!"

The staff here is super friendly and helpful, (shout out to Jessica and Rachel) maintenance stays on top of their job (shout out to Roberto and Zak), and the property looks beautiful all the time! Near the interstate, great school district and less than 10 mins from the Hamburg area! I would definitely refer a friend!"

"I toured one of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath units today and was blown away! Very spacious with appliances and washer/dryer, tennis courts, pool and fitness area. The interstate is close too! The first thing that caught my eye were the beautiful pansies in front of the office! Highly recommend!"
