"One of the worst places in Lexington to live. Management is downright awful and only care about money. They tack late fees on you that are basically non existent and take their sweet time to fix anything. It's honestly not even worth a 1 star rating."

Make sure you keep all rent receipts, thank god i did! They will lie like you missed a payment 5 months ago. you’ve been warned! Been asking them to fix a water leak for about 3 months now! ( and counting)"

"Fantastic buildings, in great shape and they will help you in any way that you need. They take care of their tenants 24/7. The lady’s in the office are immaculate, maintenance is very professional. They keep the outside of the apartments looking very good. The groundsman is a very efficient and helpful. Overall would give this place 10 stars. #iwantmyhatback"

"Do not rent from Beztak Properties. King Edward is one of them. I was a good tenant for 5 1/2 years, always paid on time, was quiet and responsible. Then a SUV slammed into our bldg, bldg was immediately condemned. It is now almost 7 wks and we still cannot get our belongings! They acted like they were doing me a big favor giving me an empty apt in Abigail Gardens. Now both properties are causing trouble for several of us who were displaced. They are trying to gouge us by putting us in pricey units with next to no amenities! When we won't be bullied, they get passive-aggressive. These people are causing so many problems for those of us who got displaced, we have had to get Legal Aid involved. Zero compassion or consideration. This is a nightmare."
