"I’ve had the absolute pleasure of calling the Alexandria Apartments my home for 2 years now, and let me tell you, it’s been nothing short of fantastic. First off, the size of the apartment is like a breath of fresh air—spacious doesn’t even begin to cover it. It’s like living in a vast expanse of my own personal kingdom, which, let’s be honest, is every cat owner’s dream. Speaking of dreams, the natural light in this place? Divine. It bathes the rooms in this warm, golden glow that my cats absolutely adore. They’ve never been happier, lounging around in sunbeams that would make any Instagram filter jealous. But what truly sets Alexandria Apartments apart is the people. The management team? Oh, they’re stars—attentive, kind, and genuinely amazing. They make living here feel like you’re part of a community, not just another resident. And the maintenance crew? Heroes in disguise, I swear. Not only are they respectful and professional, but their efficiency is the stuff of legends. Problems don’t stand a chance with them around. In short, if you’re looking for a place that feels like home, where the days are bright and the team is brilliant, Alexandria Apartments is where you want to be. My cats and I couldn’t be happier."

"This apartment is Absolutely Terrible! So, apartment hunters BEWARE!. My son has not had working heat since December 7, 2023 and management has done nothing. He also, doesn't have working electrical outlets. Code enforcement came in today 1/31/24 and condemned it! That's how bad the apartment is. The people who are ok living here, have basic standards (Shelter). Please don't rent here. Did I mention that the management is terrible as well."

"Hello, I'm a current tenant and I've been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. I love it here. My neighbor has been here for 10+ years she's seen a lot of different management companies over the years. In her option the new management is doing more for the property then owners in the past. New management is wonderful fixed pools that has worked for years, they also understand certain situations and try to help in the best way possible. Maintenance request gets fixed in a timely manner. Any time I have an issue I can reach the office multiple ways calling the phone, walking in the office, or resident portal. Very quiet neighborhood"

"UPDATE (5/8) Roaches are still strong as ever in theses apartments, our lease is up in July thankfully! Can't wait to get out these apartments and away! Roaches roaches roaches, crawling on your food, walls, and EVEN ON TOP OF YOU AND YOU BEDS!!! They spay and spray to kill them off but it does absolutely nothing. DO NOT RENT HERE, $900+ for rent is not worth living with pests."

"I would NOT suggest even looking at this place. I lived there a few years ago and they've always had plumbing issues along with several others that never get fixed. Recently there has been new management and my mom decided to move into a cabana, hopeful that things would change. Sadly they have not. She has had sewage back up into her tub several times and reported it for maintenance. This last time that it happened, management told her it "was her fault and that they do not plan on fixing it again and that she can leave". This management has hung up on my mom and refuses to email back because they know they'd get in trouble with documented proof of how they are treating their tenants. Please don't live here, managnet acts like toddlers and rent is high even though they are just "making it pretty" instead of digging into the actual issues of the complex."
