"I’ve lived here for going on 5 years. Quiet neighborhood and great schools in the area. The apartments have updated appliances in the units, they are pet friendly and the complex is kept clean inside and out. Communication with property management has been easy and they’ve provided a response for all of my concerns over the years. I do wish they were bigger but overall it’s been a great experience."

The apartments are spacious and homey and modern and just very pretty and pleasing looking in general. Would recommend the Wellington to anyone who’s looking to rent :)."

"Unfortunately rent has been raised quite significantly in the past two years we’ve been here. Also since new tenants have been moving in there has been an insect problem in the apartments. Overall though, staff are polite and professional. Maintenance requests are promptly answered and resolved"

"I’ve lived here 2 yrs. I like how the property is kept up inside and out. It’s quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is on top of things. Managers are respectful to their tenants. Tenants are kept informed of what’s going on. Nice place to live."

"It's an alright place, but rent went from 900 to 1300. Our toilets are overflowing every few weeks. Graffiti is everywhere, even my apartment window and my CAR got graffied and nothing was said. The next day I had a sticker on my car for towing because my tire was low and my tags hadn't been placed on it yet due to being afraid it would be stolen. My electric bill has been 300+ and I have tried to talk to ku and the apartment manager and haven't heard back. More stressful than anything."
