Haverford Place

"We have lived here for 4 years and love it. The rooms have plenty of space and the amenities like the play ground and pool make it easy to get the kids out of the house for a few hours of fun. Maintenance has always been quick and efficient. The only downfall is we’ve had a ton of electrical problems since moving in. Thankfully they have always been quick to fix it even if it goes right back out. Robert is a god sent! Also the valet trash should be optional since there has been more than a handful of occasions where I’ve taken it myself because we’ve been skipped. Other than that I highly recommend."

"I’ve been here since the end of September and absolutely love it! The office staff is always super friendly and maintenance has always shown up in a timely manner to fix anything. I’ve actually had them come in on their day off to fix a water issue in the bathroom (water wouldn’t stop running) just so I wouldn’t end up with a larger water bill when they didn’t have to as it was definitely not an emergency. The area is nice and quiet so no issues there either. Great space for kids for sure!"

"Been living here for a few years. Community is great. Maintenance is responsive when needed. The valet trash pick up is so nice. Very pet friendly. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Great location in Georgetown. When ever I have had an issue (few and far between) the office has been super helpful, and the ladies up there are so nice!"

"We love living here! It’s a quiet end of a nice neighborhood, everyone around us is great! The team is amazing and maintenance responds very quickly! Our only downside is we wish valet trash was optional, don’t have to use it but will be charged!"

"I moved in last month and have loved living here so far! Everyone is very nice and helpful. So far our only problems have been that the studs in the walls are in weird places when it comes to hanging things and the walls are thin so we can hear neighbors. Otherwise I would recommend living in the townhomes!"
