"2/25/24 They are going thru a remodel, so no restaurant or bar. It would've been nice to know when booking. Only 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Close to distilleries."

"I never write reviews but I feel like I would want to know before I book with this hotel since the hotel themselves are not making their guest aware. Apparently, this hotel is having renovations done and at no point during booking or check in we’re we made aware. There isn’t even a sign on the doors stating there is renovations being done. We got to our room after a family event at 3am just to be woke up by extremely loud drilling and thumping directly above our head at 8AM on a Saturday! I called the front desk and they were zero help. Had we been made aware, we would have booked elsewhere. The girl checking us in last night couldn’t be bothered, probably from the phone stuck to her hand. The keys that were given to us didn’t work so we had to go back and get new keys. Definitely not up to the Hilton standards. Our bed was clean but there were stains all over the carpets and a huge stain on the chair. I would give this hotel a zero if I could. Be prepared for the construction if you plan on booking here."

"We are Hilton Lifetime Diamond members. Currently staying at this facility and unfortunately a third party vendor was used to book several rooms for a tour. When we checked in and presented our number and status we were told nothing related to our account would be honored. Not even a bottle of water. I also have a gluten allergy and Hilton does not accommodate for such allergy. I have always traveled with my own bread. And like always, made my own toast. The wait staff charged me for a buffet breakfast and then reprimanded me in front of everyone in the restaurant for using my own bread. She eventually did take the charge off of our bill. But come on Hilton, accommodate a customer. We are finding in general the staff, with the exception of Fred, are pretty unfriendly. Plenty of other Hilton products to use and won’t use this one ever again. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, could use some serious updating."

"Im here for at least a month and everyone is so nice! It’s a relaxed, sort of ski resort feel in the lobby. The fire pit outside with twinkle lights is a mood setter. Susan in housekeeping is fabulous! The whole team is fantastic! Come stay here, I’m just saying… you won’t be disappointed. Also, so many great restaurants within a couple miles. But the buffet at the Grill, is always a pleaser! One week in… so far, so good! I’ll have another review of the Hilton In Lexington, later."

"We stayed last week and had a wonderful experience! Our room was clean and comfortable, even though it is an older property it is well cared for and had meeting space as well! The hot tub was wonderful, and the staff was friendly and took care of our needs! Fred from housekeeping was especially helpful and does a terrific job!!"
