"The rooms are nice, but they charge $100 pet fee but you can’t even leave your dogs in the room to go get breakfast. Make it make sense. Front desk doesn’t answer calls. Just found an old coffee filter that was still in my coffee maker. Will never stay here again mainly because their per policy sucks."

"Helpful staff, clean, quiet, and lights are lit up in the parking lot so if you’re traveling with items in your vehicle, it is a safer bet on security. Overall great experience. Only complementary I wish they had was water in the hotel room."

"Rooms comes with hot breakfast. There was nothing available but a crock pot of gravy and biscuits. This was like this from 6-8 we had to go to the waffle House next door"

"I am not very critical on my reviews, but this one was a head scratcher. Super nice looking and clean. When I checked in there were 3 other groups ahead of me and nobody showed up at front desk for about 20 minutes (a sign saying they'd be back). Then couldn't print out paperwork. Then went to room and it smelled of smoke. Booked because "dog friendly". That worked out fine for the dog although when we booked it did not have anything to click on regarding dog. When we got there, they have a pet policy sign saying $50 per night/per dog. I think the room was $79 with a $50 surcharge. To top it off - the highly acclaimed breakfast was non existent. Meaning - there was no food left and nobody replenished."

"We booked our room in the app. We arrived and were told they had no availability. We had prepaid the room upon booking. The young man assured us we would not be charged. We headed down the road to Quality Inn. We were charged the full amount, they said we were "no shows" and refuse to issue the refund. I have no idea why that told us they were fully booked if they were not. But the hotel and choice are trying to deny the refund. Beware of pre paying at this hotel working under the choice flag! We have used choice hotels for years, and each hotel runs differently under their management. Beware of this Sleep Inn!"
