"I love the location and vaulted ceilings in my apartment! They replaced all the windows in the complex and recently seal coated the parking lot! Management is very responsive and works hard to resolve any issues which must be difficult with so many units, but they stay on top of it! Only downside is the billing service used for the water bill, but that’s really not that big of a deal! They keep the landscape looking nice as well as the apartments! It’s a nice place to call home!"

"If you enjoy relaxing by the condo pool please read my post before moving here. Although the office opens at 8:30 am the pool is only open from 11:00 am when the sun is extremely strong and dangerous. So you might think that they use that time to clean the pool, however if you look at the photos I'm attaching you will see that it is very dirty (this photo was taken at 11 am). If you like to relax in a quiet place, you won't get it. Although the pool rules are not to run or jump the kids and ALSO the adults do this all the time, you just get wet while you're in the sunbathing chair. People use glass bottles all the time, which is very dangerous. Some residents entered the pool in their everyday clothes, including the sandals they were using to get to the pool. On weekends it is impossible to use the place. Some residents have parties with up to 12 guests. And even though this is all against the rules, the condo administration says there's nothing they can do. There are no cameras on site, nor anyone to supervise. It's a totally out-of-control place."

"Apparently it used to be pretty bad, but there is all new staff here. Office staff and maintenance staff is awesome! I worked as a maintenance tech my first year living here so I might seem biased, but everyone is so helpful. Awesome neighbors and the location is SO convenient. Right next to all shopping/restaurants you need. Right next to 71 and Gene Snyder so you can get anywhere in Louisville in about 10-15 min tops"
