"Terrible experience old building , old problems, and now no hot water! F the Boiler what year is it ? 2023? Why do you still have a boiler?"

Aside from the fact I gain extra time in the day, I have a beautifully appointed apartment in a building that everyone seems so nice! The only issue I had was burner go out on my stove. They fixed it the next day. The lady in the office is very nice and professional."

"I have lived here for about 4 years and I’ve been through 3 landlords. The most recent being Angela && her maintenance crew. They have been amazing if you saw the apartments and the landscaping 4 years ago and what it looks like now.. you would be amazed. Ever since Angela came on site.. we’ve had all new windows, doors and maintenance that comes on spot immediately when you need them. I’ve never had such amazing service as I do now with these guys. They’ve come in and fixed my ceilings and have made them look brand new. The quality of work these guys have done can’t compare to the maintenance all trade did and the people before with their crappy patch work and quick fix schemes. I feel bad for these guys and all the stuff they have to do because of the crappy people that owned these apartments before them. But whatever you may have heard or seen in the past of springhurst east ... isn’t the reputation they have now. They’re the best affordable and newly remodeled apartments in the east end."
