"The owner mark muscleman is a greedy guy only caring about his income . They don’t work with you . Mark is also using all the funds to fund a mega apartment complex in Indy and not fixing the townhomes that are falling apart. He constantly firing apartment managers saying they are stealing his money when they haven’t . He goes through so many property managers it’s pathetic . Greedy ken only cars about himself and no one else . I hope he gets what’s coming to him. You're a couple days late to pay rent then they say they are going to start the eviction process . The two beds are falling apart from the outside in . Paint on the outside falling off wood around windows is falling off and brittle . The whole outside of the two beds needs remodeling but the owner says it’ll last two more years . The manager Marianne miller is a joke she’s as bad as the owner himself . She won’t work with you because her and and the owner just care about $$$$ two beds cost over 1100$ not worth what work needs to be done to the apartments . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I would give the complex a negative review if I could."

"We lived here for 2 years paying $950 a month and we completed both year leases. After the second one they said that it was going to be $1300 for one month. Which is a $350 increase from what we paid the last 2 years. It only took us 27 days to move out but they weren’t trying to work with us at all. They just kept demanding $1300 before we left which is insane for a townhouse for one month this is not including electricity for that month to March! Most of the people that live there are on government assistance so if you are a hard working person who actually pays there bills. Do not live here you can get a house for cheaper than that and you don’t have to worry about the neighbors being weird!"

"This place has been home to me for 26 years!!!! It's quiet and you're not bothered (I work nights) unless their's an emergency. Mark the owner and the property managers Mr.& Mrs. MILLER are kind people and will work with you!!!! Come be our neighbors and part of the family!!!!"

"It is me and my boyfriends first time renting and it has been a breeze, the property manager is very nice and communicates well to let us know things and anything that is happening. The apartments are very nice, clean, and up to date looking for a very affordable price. Neither of us have anything bad to say about the place it is great!"

"I’ve had absolutely no issues renting here, any maintenance request has been fulfilled in a timely manner. Marianne is a great manager, communicates very well with us residents. Safe place to raise our kids, the playground here is an added bonus! 10/10 recommend."
