"This was the first childcare i brought my son to after he was born. Everything seem nice and the ladies were amazing to my baby. About a month or 2 passed by and we encountered a rash problem. now any mom understands it will happen one time at least, but hey i gave another chance thinking its the first time no big deal plus manager promised it wouldn’t happen again as they were going to change my son every hour. They were all acting so sorry about it and i really felt like it wouldn’t happen again. so weeks passed by and i started seeing an increase of babies being enrolled but i stayed quiet since i saw Elizabeth was handling it plus my baby loved her so much, and sure enough by the end of August my son gets another dipper rash. this time it was so bad he had blisters on his little butt, i couldn’t believe how bad he was left. He was so cranky when we got home and i couldn’t understand why until i bathe him to calm him down thinking the heat was the issue and i feel all the blisters on his bottom. When i tell you my son was in so much pain he wouldn’t even let me apply rash cream due to the pain. Very disappointed because changing my baby and getting him settled in another day care is scary, i thank god this new day care made my baby feel at home. I did get a phone call to bring my son back but at this point trust has been broken and i wouldn’t put my child through the pain again."

"Wasn’t going to say anything but after three weeks of school and now witnessing the speeding on Howell-Sugarland Rd, I feel the need to say something. The van picking the kids up is always speeding in the parking lot and now I’ve seen them speeding on the road too. I’d rather walk 10 miles in this heat to get my kid than put them in this van. Speeding when other people’s kids are on board is unacceptable."
